Women in Business

There is a well documented disparity between men and women in senior or tech positions in businesses of all sizes. Companies around the world are now putting a conscious effort into hiring female talent to help balance their books as far as gender diversity.

Whilst we believe the most important thing when hiring a candidate is not how many chromosomes they have, we do believe for every excellent male candidate, there is an equally impressive female candidate.

As a business we recommend you hire the right person for the job, based on merit, skills and experience - regardless of the candidate's gender. But if your business wants to provide equal opportunities and needs to increase the number of females in its talent pool, our network of women are ready to join you.

Women In Business : Entirely Unremarkable

Kirsten Hall

Kirsten Hall has a provocative question: is it time to stop celebrating women in business, just for being women in business? Maybe, she suggests, we can wind down the idea of corporate women's groups - and position women in business as the new normal.

Here Slaughter expands her ideas and explains why shifts in work culture, public policy and social mores can lead to more equality -- for men, women, all of us.
